Summer 2021, 2022-Present | Structures Engineer | Starship Tower Engineering
Working on the Starship launch engineering team to design, test, and build a tower capable of catching the world's largest rocket.
This does consume most of my time.
Highlights:
- Flight 1 of Starship and dealing with the carnage at the pad that was left behind.
- Being a part of the planning, installation, and activation of the Cape Canaveral LC-39A Tower chopsticks.
- The crazy sprint between Flight 4 and 5 to prepare for the first catch of Super Heavy.
- Successfully catching Super Heavy during Flight 5.
- Being a part of V3 tower design, build, activation, and launch.
